Everything finance actually runs on
Not a thin spend card. Budgipal covers the modules organizations already operate — planned vs actual, cash, people, vendors, files, and the AI questions that used to wait on a BI ticket.

Hierarchical categories, monthly periods, and live variance so finance can close the books without a spreadsheet maze.

Learn moreHow it works
From plan to posted actuals
01
Plan
Build category trees and monthly budget lines. Open the period. Owners know what they can spend before a request is filed.
02
Request
Employees raise expense, purchase, travel, leave, or custom requests with attachments, vendors, and the right budget category.
03
Approve
Workflows route by role, user, and amount. Approvers act in a task inbox — approve, reject, delegate, or ask for more information.
04
Disburse
Pay from bank, cheque, or petty cash. The ledger and budget actuals update so cash and the plan stay on the same page.
05
Report
Filter live data, export, or generate a board-ready deck. Ask the AI analyst when you need an answer faster than a pivot table.

What operators say they needed
Composite quotes for illustration. They are not attributed to named customers.
We finally see planned vs actual by department in the same place we approve spend. Month-end is a review, not a scavenger hunt.
Layla Al-Harthy
Finance manager · Regional manufacturer
Petty cash, cheques, and bank transfers used to live in three inboxes. Custodians still work in cash — the ledger just keeps up.
Omar Al-Balushi
Treasury lead · Healthcare group
Leave and payroll used to surprise the budget. Connecting HR to categories means people costs show up before the board pack is due.
Mariam Al-Zadjali
HR director · Professional services
Purchase orders check the budget before we commit. Vendors, receiving, and invoices are no longer a side spreadsheet.
Hassan Al-Lawati
Procurement manager · Industrial operator
The approval inbox replaced a chain of emails. Amount limits and delegation are policy we can actually run.
Noor Al-Riyami
COO · Multi-entity group
I ask the assistant for over-budget categories instead of waiting on a pivot table. It is the first AI feature our controllers actually use.

What is Budgipal?+
Budgipal is a white-label B2B platform for company-wide budgeting, spend requests, approvals, treasury, HR, procurement, documents, and AI analytics. It is provisioned per organization rather than sold as a public self-serve app.
Who is Budgipal for?+
Finance managers, budget owners, department heads, HR, procurement, and employees who submit spend or leave requests. It is built for mid-size companies and groups — including GCC organizations that work in OMR and other currencies — not for personal budgeting.
Is there a public price list or free trial?+
No. Budgipal is provisioned per customer: subdomain, branding, and environment are set up for your organization. Request a demo and we will discuss scope, modules, and commercial terms.
Can we use our own brand?+
Yes. Each tenant can set site name, logo, login artwork, and primary colors. Users reach the app on a dedicated subdomain such as yourcompany.budgipal.com.
Does Budgipal replace our bank?+
No. Budgipal records bank accounts, transfers, cheques, petty cash, and invoices so operations and the ledger stay aligned. It is not a bank or a payment processor.
How do approvals work?+
Administrators design visual workflows with steps, branches, and amount limits. Employees submit expense, purchase, travel, leave, or custom requests. Approvers get a task inbox and email. After approval, disbursement can post to bank, cheque, or petty cash and update budget actuals.
