1. Who we are
Budgipal (“Budgipal”, “we”) provides a white-label budget and financial operations platform. The marketing site is https://budgipal.com. Customer applications run on dedicated subdomains such as yourcompany.budgipal.com. Contact: ops@budgipal.com.
If your organization uses a provisioned tenant, your employer or contracting organization is typically the controller of operational finance and HR data. We process that data to provide the service under the customer agreement.
2. Marketing site
On budgipal.com we collect:
- Information you submit on the demo form (name, work email, company, role, team size, message).
- Technical logs such as IP address, user agent, and pages requested, as processed by our hosting and DNS providers.
- Optional cookies described in our cookie notice.
We use demo-form data only to respond to your request and related sales follow-up. We do not sell personal data.
3. Customer tenants
A tenant may store account credentials, employee and vendor profiles, budget and transaction records, documents, approval history, and similar operational data that the customer chooses to enter. Access is governed by the customer’s roles and permissions. We access tenant data only as needed to operate, secure, and support the service, or as required by law.
4. AI features
Optional in-app AI features query the customer’s operational data on a read-only basis and may retrieve product documentation. Customers should not expect the assistant to be a legal or audit substitute. We do not use another customer’s tenant data to train models for a different customer.
5. Processors
We use hosting, email, DNS, TLS, and (if configured) form-delivery providers to run this site and the product. Demo submissions on this site may be delivered by Web3Forms to ops@budgipal.com.
6. Retention
Demo inquiries are kept as long as needed to handle the request and ordinary business records. Tenant data is retained for the life of the customer agreement and any period the customer is required to keep records, then deleted or returned according to that agreement.
7. Your requests
For marketing-site data, email ops@budgipal.com to access, correct, or delete information we hold about you. For tenant data, contact your organization’s administrator first; we will support them under the customer agreement.
8. International processing
Budgipal serves organizations including in the GCC. Hosting locations for a given tenant are confirmed during provisioning. By using the site or a tenant, you understand that data may be processed in the countries where we and our processors operate.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. The date above will change when we do. Material changes to how we handle demo-form data will be reflected on this page.
