1. Agreement
By using this website you agree to these terms. Paid or provisioned use of the Budgipal application is governed by a separate customer agreement. If those documents conflict, the customer agreement controls for the application.
2. The product
Budgipal is business software for budgeting, requests, treasury, HR, procurement, documents, and related analytics. It is not a bank, payment institution, investment advisor, or consumer finance app. Information on this site is descriptive marketing, not a warranty that every module will be enabled for every tenant.
3. No public signup
Access to a production tenant is provisioned after commercial agreement. Submitting a demo request does not create an account or a contract for paid service.
4. Acceptable use of this site
You may not misuse the site, including by attempting unauthorized access, scraping in a way that degrades service, submitting malware, or sending unlawful content through the demo form.
5. Customer responsibilities
Customers are responsible for their users, the accuracy of data they enter, configuring roles, and using the software in line with applicable accounting, employment, and privacy law. Approvals, OCR confirmations, and AI answers do not replace professional judgment.
6. Intellectual property
The Budgipal name, mark, site, and software are owned by Budgipal or its licensors. Customer data remains the customer’s. Each tenant may apply its own branding under the customer agreement; that does not transfer ownership of the platform.
7. Disclaimers
The marketing site is provided as-is. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free. Testimonials on the site are composite illustrations and are not statements by named customers. Illustrative statistics describe product shape, not audited results.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Budgipal is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website. Liability for the provisioned application is as stated in the customer agreement.
